The tuition for Elk Creek Ranch covers all expenses, with the following exceptions:
Yellowstone-Teton Caravan: $400 (optional activity)
Canteen Fund: We recommend a $125 Canteen Fund for each rancher to cover miscellaneous expenses, such as fishing licenses, laundry, and personal purchases. Any unused funds will be returned at the end of the summer. If additional expenses arise, families will be billed directly.
Airfare: Travel costs to and from the ranch are not included in tuition. However, the Wyoming State Sales Tax and transportation from the Billings or Cody airports to the ranch are covered.
How to Apply
To apply, please complete the application form, indicate your session and optional activity preferences, and include a deposit of $1,500. The deposit must be received within 10 days of submitting an online application. Full tuition is due by May 1. For applications received after May 1, the full tuition amount must be included with the application.
Refund Policy: The deposit is refundable only if notice of cancellation is received before February 1. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Early Bird Discount: A 10% discount is available for those who sign up before January 1.
